Employers in Ohio are subject to certain federal and state posting requirements.

The OAB, in conjunction with our Ohio counsel of Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease LLP, has developed reference materials to assist our members in complying with these requirements.

Below are some of the major federal and state posting requirements updated as of Jan. 1, 2025.  A short description of each posting requirement is accompanied by a reproduction of the appropriate poster. Actual posters are available at no cost from each agency and many are available for download.
